WOLFA Gratings made of galvanized steel

We manufacture our pressure-locked gratings according to DIN 24537 and hot-dip them against corrosion according to the DIN 50976 standards. They are made at our Görschen site on our state-of-the-art computer-controlled production lines. The cross bars are force-pressed into the grooved bearing bars. The bearing bars guarantee the carrying capacity while the cross bars maintain the mesh structure and assure uniform load distribution. The pressing and hot-dipping processes render the encased gratings extremely robust and stable. The pressure-locked gratings are available in a variety of mesh sizes, installation heights and material strengths to fit all areas of application. You can choose from:

the optimized grating frame profile guarantees perfect stability
notches and cutouts do not affect the strength of frame or bearing bars
the specially developed, rounded frame profile enhances the bearing bar load capacity
the grating frame profile is absolutely free of folded edges; the gratings remain clean, dirt cannot deposit and cause corrosion
