Support surfaces

WOLFA Plastic gratings require a contact area of approx. 3 - 4 cm on the left and right. In this area, all types (except type IV) are not slotted, so the bearing surface is covered.

Connections / Grating locks

Types I, II, III, IV and V

Hook-in method with triple hinge securing against unhooking.
The grates are hooked into each other, specially pressed-on securing devices prevent unwanted unhooking of the elements.

Type VI

In the newly developed plastic grating type VI, the elements are butt-jointed and connected to each other by a stainless steel pin. Each element is provided with this pin on one side and with the corresponding receptacle on the other side. The location of the receptacle is marked on the grating itself. The gratings are simply pushed into each other in the direction of the arrow and are thus firmly connected. The grates can also be quickly and easily detached from each other. This makes the cleaning of the gratings much easier.
